Regina Police have laid charges in connection to the incident that took place on the 2000 block of Princess Street on Thursday.
Police executed a high-risk warrant on the property with help from the SWAT team, crisis negotiators and K9 Unit, as it was believed weapons would be in the house hold.
By 4:30, all 5 men and 2 women were negotiated out of the house and taken safely into police custody.
A search ensued on the property, with dozens of rounds of ammunition, a small amount of meth, and items believed to be used for trafficking such as small bags, a scale, packaging, and cutting agent.
All but one occupant of the house has since been released, as Stuart Sabiston is facing two charges of possession of ammunition contrary to prohibition, and one charge of breach of probation.
Sabiston made his first court appearance Friday morning.
