Agribition officials in Regina provided a special tour for children with complex medical needs Tuesday when a small group of kids from Hope’s Home received special attention at the show.
Kelsey Stewart with Hope’s Home says nine children with complex medical needs will enjoy a tour of the numerous animals at Agribition.
She sees it as a huge benefit to the kids.
“I think it’s very important we make the effort to include them in these types of outings,” Stewart said. “We want to have this inclusive environment for all children to come and learn together.”
Each year, thousands of school kids from across Saskatchewan tour Agribition.
The show continues through Saturday in Regina.
