Two deaths in less than 12 hours has prompted Regina Police to open investigations.
The first investigation stems from an incident that occurred around 2:45 a.m. Sunday morning on the 1200 block of Retallack Street.
A 35-year-old man was found with life threatening injuries and taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Regina Police have now confirmed they are treating the man’s death as suspicious.
Then just before 11:00 a.m. Sunday morning, officers were called to the 4900 block of Marigold Drive, in the city’s northwest where the body of a 38-year-old woman had been found.
Police have not yet said if the death on Marigold Drive is also suspicious or not.
More to come when available.
