A woman arrested following the seizure of illegal tobacco products in Yorkton, Sask. has had her sentencing postponed.
The lawyer for 61-year-old Monique Milliken of Beatty, Sask. appeared for her Tuesday and adjourned her matters until January 29th.
On April 8th, police made a traffic stop in Yorkton, and seized about 200-thousand cigarettes, over 5-thousand dollars in cash, along with a vehicle and a cargo trailer.
In October, Milliken pleaded guilty to 3 charges, including Possession and Transport of a Tobacco Product Exceeding 10-thousand Cigarettes for the Purpose of Sale.
