A Regina company is giving back to this Christmas season.
Farm Credit Canada is providing over $107,000 to 4H clubs across the country.
FCC spokesperson Marty Seymour says the funds support various 4H initiatives to build the leaders of the future.
“The idea of the fund is to help local 4H clubs in small towns all across Canada fund some of their activities.”
Seymour says it’s important to fund the activities responsible for developing the future of the industry.
“They’re doing such good work to develop young people, the future of this industry, that it’s a natural fit for FCC to get behind this group.”
In Saskatchewan, a total of 31 4H clubs will get $15,500.
Seymour says the next application period opens in fall 2018.
