Darian Durant is a quarterback without a team.
On Monday, the Montreal Alouettes released the veteran quarterback.
The 35-year-old struggled after being acquired in a trade with the Riders last January as he threw for 3,233 yards, 15 touchdowns and 16 interceptions as the team finished with a CFL-worst three wins.
The news comes just a couple of days after the Alouettes signed former NFL quarterback Josh Freeman on the weekend.
He was due a $150,000 roster bonus Tuesday.
