A 30 year-old Regina man is facing charges in connection to an early morning hit and run in Regina’s west end.
Murray Marquardt is believed to have been behind the wheel when his truck hit a taxi with five people inside at around 3:00 AM on Sunday morning.
The truck fled the scene, but was later found by a caller who reported the vehicle’s damage to Regina Police.
Marquardt is facing five charges, including Impaired driving causing bodily harm, exceeding .08 causing bodily harm, failure to stop at the scene of an accident, resisting arrest ad possession of marijuana.
Marquardt is set to appear in court on March 8th.
