Regina’s Pioneer Village has lifted their ‘do not consume’ water advisory.
The advisory has been in place since Sunday after a mechanical failure in the hot water system took place.
The advisory was for precautionary reasons, and the water was safe for hand washing, bathing, and for washing laundry.
The advisory was lifted a day after a water line broke inside the building, making this a difficult week for Saskatchewan’s largest senior’s complex.
The water is now deemed safe to use for residents, staff, and visitors.
