The second man arrested in connection with the second murder of the year in Regina has been named.
40 year old Justin Langan died in hospital after being shot late evening during an attempted robbery on February 18th in the North Central neighbourhood.
The first suspect in his death, 31 year old Chad Barre, was arrested after crashing a stolen car into a police cruiser on Albert and College later that same night. He is facing 12 charges, including one count of first degree murder.
On Thursday night, with the help of SWAT Teams, Regina Police arrested a second suspect at a property on the 400 block of Retallack Street.
34 year old Donald Pelletier is facing one count each of first degree murder, failure to comply and armed robbery using a firearm.
Pelletier made his first court appearance on these charges on Monday morning.
