Easter weekend was a cold one across the province. In fact, in some cases it was the coldest.
Environment Canada says 11 communities across Saskatchewan broke the daily low record.
The coldest place in the province on the long weekend was Prince Albert. It got to minus 33 which broke an old record set in 1890.
The colder than normal weather will continue with Environment Canada saying to expect temperatures below zero for a daytime high for the rest of the week.
