The family of a local woman killed in 2013 has reached a settlement agreement with the city of Regina.
In February 2013, a city bus hit a signage post, striking and eventually killing 50 year old Barbara Supynuk.
On Monday, the lawyer representing her family, Tim Stodalka, announced they’d reached an settlement agreement.
A part of that agreement states the City of Regina has demanded all information about the deal be kept confidential.
Prior to an agreement being reached, court proceedings on the case were scheduled to begin on Monday.
