The wife and children of Humboldt Broncos coach Darcy Haugan were given the red-carpet treatment in Las Vegas on Wednesday night as the NHL’s newest team welcomed them to Game 3 of the Western Conference final versus Winnipeg.

Haugan was one of the 16 people killed in April when a bus carrying the Broncos to a playoff game was struck at an intersection by a tractor-trailer unit.
After the game, Haugan’s children–9 year old Jackson and 12 year old Carson–had an opportunity to visit the Knights dressing room and chat with the game’s first star Marc-Andre Fleury who was more than willing to give his time and speak to the two before removing his equipment
There are just no words to describe Marc-Andre Fleury. Before he even took his pads off after game 3 of the Western Conference Final he spent time with the two sons of the Humboldt Broncos coach Darcy Haugan. They don’t make too many like him. pic.twitter.com/cIxbG6AhXo
