The NDP is pushing for a judicial inquiry into the land deal to form the Global Transportation Hub west of Regina.
NDP leader Ryan Meili says a cloud of scandal hovers over the shady land deals to form the GTH.
He says several cabinet ministers supported a judicial inquiry when running for the leadership of the SaskParty but are silent now.
Justice minister Don Morgan says the auditor reviewed the deal and found no red flags but it has been investigated by the RCMP and the file sent to Manitoba prosecutions for review.
Morgan says it would be inappropriate for any government MLA to comment while it is under review in Manitoba.
But Morgan says the GTH has become an economic engine, creating 18 hundred jobs at the start of construction, 485 million dollars in private investment, 860 full-time permanent jobs and 48 hundred trucks in and out of the GTH every week.
He says it is a facility to be proud of.
