A 21 year old man is facing charges with a series of random shootings that had people in Regina’s south end feeling a little scared in November 2015.
Two people were shot in four incidents with a lengthy investigation resulting in someone who was 16 at the time being arrested.
Regina police now say another person identified as a suspect through their investigation has now been formally charged.
Jordan Mymko faces eight charges including two of attempted murder.
Mymko made an appearance in court on Thursday with another appearance set for June 7. He will remain in custody.
As for the other youth, he has a preliminary hearing slated for this November. The Crown has said it intends to seek an adult sentence if he is convicted. He can’t be named because of his age at the time of the shootings.
