We have a population explosion happening at the radio station. No, not children – new employees. It is a delicate balance of knowing everyone’s time schedule. And remembering everyone’s name!
Jamie arrives just after midnite (kidding), I do not. He tends to leave after the morning show is finished at 10 am. I am usually available up to noon. Our schedules are just different. When he goes on holidays, I’m obviously in earlier, but 4:45 – 5am works on a regular basis. Some might disagree!
Suddenly and it is welcome, we have a new crew working at our sister station, My 92.
You know what its like when there is an onslaught of bodies where there were none, you have to squish in and get to know each other. New personalities that have to navigate their way through the old guard. It is a delight to have a new energy wash over the landscape.
In the meantime, we find our way around each other and I’m sure those that arrive a bit later in the morning wonder why the morning person is still hovering at 2 pm. You’re sitting at “MY” work station!! I have no choice. Oh, wait! I’ll just find another room to work out of!
Welcome to our expanded family of Harvard Broadcasting, I think you’ll like us!
