The cost of billing and fees for garbage pickup in Regina moving forward remains somewhat of a mystery.
The public works and infrastructure committee voted last week to send the matter back to administration because there are too many questions—-questions that councillors need answers to before deciding what way to go.
Councillor Lori Bresciani is one of those searching for clarity.
“Before I can make any decisions, I need to know what is the financial impact on homeowners and the city.” Bresciani said. “What will this cost us and how will it work on each option.”
Bresciani is also hoping that the city can consider a composting option. She says that is something which is highly needed in Regina.
