One person is dead and two more are in hospital after a collision in Standing Buffalo First Nation.
At around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP were called to grid road 727 after a vehicle lost control after a slight bend on the road, entered a ditch, rolled and hit a power pole.
A 22-year-old man from Okanese First Nation, who was a passenger in the vehicle was declared dead at the scene.
The 18-year-old female driver and a 19-year-old female passenger were transported to hospital with unknown injuries.
Police expect the road to be closed for most of the day as they continue their investigation.
