An independent farm seed and chemical supplier in Govan is expanding retail operations in eastern Saskatchewan.
Co-founder and president of Synergy a.g., Brad Hanmer noted that the company is expanding it’s operations to the city of Yorkton at a cost of about a million dollars.
“Yorkton is, as we all know, is one of the most productive parts of Western Canada,” said Hanmer. “It’s got some of the most productive farms, and not only on the farm as well. Yorkton has been one of the markets that our company has always aspired, to some day, to go.”
Hanmer also said the company is also opening in Balcarres, with main warehouse and office in full operation in both locations this fall.
Synergy a.g. has operations in Govan, Lumsden, Lewvan, Pense and Provost, Alberta.
