I know the term “BAD HAIR” Day is used often, but I do think that there should be an annual day for this. Kind of like the Ugly Dog Contest that was just held. The day for those that endure a nasty cut or an off the chain colour. One where you can get together to commiserate the horror. What appeared to be fine has revealed itself to be horrid. I think I knew it wasn’t going to be what I wanted right off the hop. I am now a hat wearing, make it flat, use water to calm it, where’s the product kind of girl. Wind can’t blow it into shape, brushing it only lasts a short period of time. The revolution is on.
I have allowed the natural colour to come through and I’ve come to terms with this. But if you have a choppy look that you can’t be messing around with in the early stages of the day, it becomes rather maddening. Bring on the clippers, the cutters or the shears.
Got an opening. Looks like I’ll be calling my guy.
So, while I’m miffed about the hair, the other thing that has got me going is a feeling right there in my throat. Like something is stuck.
Here’s the thing. Last week I was eating cherries and I actually swallowed a cherry stone! Now I’m thinking is it lodged somewhere in my digestive tract. Maybe it is just hangin’ around in my throat somewhere. Has it passed its way along and been dispensed of!
When you were a kid did you eat things that you wouldn’t normally … like pennies – I did! Does this explain anything.
