Get ready for another blast of heat.
Environment Canada has issued extreme heat warnings for southern Saskatchewan.
As it was last Friday and Saturday, the mercury is expected to climb into the low to mid 30’s Monday and Tuesday, which added with high humidity will make it uncomfortable and dangerous for some.
The weather office says you should consider rescheduling outdoor activities to cooler hours of the day; take frequent breaks from the heat, spending time indoors at cooled buildings, stay hydrated and do not leave a person or pet inside a closed vehicle for any length of time.
The forecast is calling for showers Tuesday night and Wednesday.
