A 74-year-old man will be in court Monday morning charged with first degree murder and indignity to a body.
RCMP say Robert Arams of Gravelbourg was charged Saturday eight days after 48 year old Claude Landry went missing.
RCMP are not saying if the body of Landry has been located, but they do say the investigation is ongoing.
Landry had left his home in Kincaid after going with some people who had reportedly seen his lost dog and was taking him to it on the evening of July 12.
The disappearance was considered to be suspicious in nature right from the beginning with Major Crimes being brought in to help with the investigation.
