The City of Regina will be seeing some magic over the next few days.
The Reginacadabra magic festival will be taking place starting today with Danny Kazam hitting the stage in Victoria park Wednesday night.
President of Regina-Cadabra Brent Kloeble said this is the second year for the show.
“The event was part of a competition in 2016 to find a new event for the city of Regina, it was called the event-of-the-events competition, put on by the Regina Hotels Association, we went through a 10-week competition and mine ended up as the top idea that came out of that.”
Kloeble said this event has a large variety of acts.
“We had something for everybody, all sorts of different age ranges, we did shows across the city and we had very good numbers as far as attendance for the first festival, and for this year it seems to be tracking much the same, we’re almost sold out for a lot of the shows at this point.”
The final performance is open to the public on Saturday at The Landing at Grasslands.
Tickets are still available for some of the events, which can be found on the Reginacadabra website.
