Cervus Equipment has announced plans to rebuild its John Deere Farm dealership in Rosthern, about 70 kilometers north of Saskatoon
The facility was badly damaged by a fire last Sunday (July 22nd)
Scott Johnston is the General Manager of Cervus Saskatchewan, and says the remains of the current building will be gone by the end of this week.
“The current building will be demolished and removed by Wednesday,” Johnston said. “There will be immediate plans to do a request for proposal from contractors to commence rebuilding the store,” he continued.
Plans are to have the new facility ready by next summer. It will be 20 feet wider and 100 feet longer than the old building.
In the meantime Cervus Equipment Rosthern will provide equipment servicing and parts support at another building on the same site.
