A combine was destroyed in a field fire on Saturday, about 50 kilometers south of Regina near Rouleau.
Rouleau fire department responded to the fire despite Saturday’s record-breaking heat.
Fire Chief Wayne Rumford says the fire was located two miles south, and two miles west of town.
“It was fully engulfed when we got there, we’re still not exactly sure what caused it, it was a total loss and we were on the scene for about three to four hours,” Rumford said. “That was all the loss that was, there was no damage to the field or anything.”
No one was hurt in the fire.
