The Humboldt Broncos are continuing to put pieces together ahead of the 2018-19 season.
Scott Barney has been hired as an assistant coach, and Tyrol Deeg will work as athletic therapist and equipment manager.
Barney played 27 games in the NHL with the LA Kings and Atlanta Thrashers over a 19 year career.
Meanwhile Deeg, from the Wynyard area, has previous experience in Junior A Hockey as a trainer and equipment manager with the Salmon Arm Silverbacks, Dauphin Kings and Nipawin Hawks.
The Broncos are still working to recover from the bus crash that took place in April, that killed 16 members of the team, injuring 13 others.
Broncos training camp begins August 24th, with their first game of the regular season taking place September 12th.
