It takes a lot to admit you have a problem and my problem is that I’m addicted to sugar. A good bottle or two of pop, some junk food like cookies and chips and finally eating out at restaurants and it all adds up to a couple extra pounds around the middle. I finally had that moment where you realize something needs to be done, which happened to be a shirt that was all of a sudden a little tighter than it used to be. I was doing well for a little while as to, measuring my food, portion control, cutting out foods that I know will cause problems, that sort of thing. It’s not easy though as let’s be honest junk food is cheap, healthy food is not. It’s actually easier some times to eat out than it is to try and make something at home. I’ll get it all sorted out eventually just have to believe in my self.
