RCMP say their dive team has completed its search for a missing seven-year-old boy.
In an update released Thursday morning, RCMP say the underwater recovery team will not be searching for Greagan Geldenhuys on Thursday, but the search continues.
Geldenhuys and his mother were last seen last Friday at B-Say-Tah beach near Fort Qu’Appelle. On Saturday afternoon, the body of 47 year old Tamaine Geldenhuys was found washed up on the beach.
RCMP said earlier this week the search for the boy had turned into a recovery mission.
An RCMP helicopter and boat searches will be on scene today with those who own property along Echo and Mission Lake also being asked to check their properties for any sign of the boy.
