Economic Development Regina have released their Executive Confidence Index for the third quarter of 2018.
Most executives across the city say that the economy will either be the same or better within the next 12 months.
The majority of executives also say they expect to employ either same amount or more people over the next year.
Eighty-four percent believe that profits will either stay the same or increase and only 60 per cent of respondents believe that sales revenue will increase over the next year.
Regina executives also spoke about 30 years into the future to gauge where they see the Queen City.
A surprising amount said that there would be a lot of growth in the Agri-value food processing.
Meanwhile, within the oil and gas sector along with the mining sector, Regina executives predict there will be minimum growth over the next 30 years.
