Three men are facing joint charges after Regina Police raided another marijuana dispensary last month, only to have it re-open.
On August 24th police say the unnamed location and a residence were the subjects of CSDA search warrants.
Then on Friday, after complaints the dispensary was open again on the 2100 block of Albert Street, police seized a large quantity of product and cash and arrested three individuals who have been held for court.
Fifty-year-old Gerald Desjarlais, 38-year-old Vincent Sayer, and 26-year-old Dyllan Williamson have all been jointly charged with possession of cannabis for the purpose of trafficking, and possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $3,000.
All three men made their first court appearances Monday morning.
Recreational marijuana becomes legal on October 17th nation wide, and can be distributed then with proper permits and approval.
