Two teens are facing attempted murder charges after a 16-year-old girl was restrained and assaulted with a knife in the back of a vehicle Monday.
Regina Police say around 11:30 a.m. Monday morning they spotted the injured girl on the 3300 block of 6th Avenue in North Central.
She was taken to hospital by EMS, her condition is not known.
A 17-year-old girl and 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named due to their ages, have both been arrested and jointly charged with attempted murder and forcible confinement, the 17-year-old was also charged with uttering threats.
Both were in court Tuesday morning.
