Wet and cool weather continues to delay harvest across Saskatchewan.
Provincial crops specialist Daphne Cruise says combining is 68 percent complete, up from 62 percent last week.
She says there was some harvest progress in the northwest and southeast.
She says harvested crops will need to be treated with grain dryers for proper storage.
Harvest is on par with the 5 year average but many areas have had a 2 week delay.
Cruise says rain and snow will downgrade some of the cereal crops.
Combining ranges from 88 percent in the southwest to 27 percent in the northwest.
She says farmers will need the month of October to wrap up harvest this year.
