Numerous thefts and break and enters have occurred over the last month or so, and Regina Police say there’s a common theme among them.
Police, along with White Butte RCMP, are investigating recent events in northwest and southeast Regina, where in multiple occasions keys have been left in vehicles, or vehicles, garages and even homes have been left unlocked.
Police say suspects usually go back to an area where they’ve had success, so prevention is key to stopping the robberies.
Police do have a trio of teens arrested and are facing a combined total of over 80 charges including break and enter, as well as theft.
Once again police remind the public to report suspicious activity, lock their vehicles, homes and garages, and keep their keys with them.
