The 19 year old accused of abducting a child and sparking a province-wide Amber Alert has plead guilty to several charges.
Johnathan Gunville has admitted to child abandonment, theft of a vehicle, dangerous driving and driving while disqualified.
Gunville also faces more charges in relation to the incident, including abduction and unlawful confinement. Those are anticipated to be dealt upon the return of the case to court on January 9th for sentencing.
The six year old girl, who has autism, epilepsy and is non-verbal, was in the back of her parents still-running SUV when it was stolen from a shopping centre in North Battleford on September 16th. She was found 14 hours later safe, still inside the car.
