It is a busy weekend for the Regina Pats as they start a three-in-three against the Medicine Hat Tigers at the Brandt Centre in what will be the last of a four-game homestand that has seen the team lose the first three.
After this game, the team will head to Prince Albert to take on a Raiders team that is a WHL best 14-1 on the season before returning home Sunday for a late afternoon tilt against a Swift Current Broncos that has won just once on the season after winning the league title last year.
Forward Nick Henry knows its a big weekend for the club.
“This will show what type of character we have.” Henry said. “We have seen a lot of positives despite our record, but we are confident successful results will start coming. All three games will test us and after having tough games on Friday and Saturday, we won’t have much time to regroup before getting back out there Sunday to play a team that wants a win as badly as us. It’s a big weekend.”
Game time at the Brandt Centre is 7 o’clock. You can listen on RM2.
