It has been 18 years since Canadian country star Adam Gregory launched onto the country music scene when his first big song, Horseshoes, climbed all the way to number 2 on the country chart in Canada. He was only 15 years old at the time. Fast forward to 2018, the 33 year old singer is back with a new song about relationships titled “Before it Breaks me.”
“One day I was driving home from an appointment in Phoenix and I had kind of planned on releasing a different single and all of a sudden I got this epiphany, or whatever you want to call it, I need to release this single,” explained Gregory.
“It’s very honest (and) it’s a very relatable message that, I’m sure, most all of us have been through an experience like that where we’ve been in a relationship that maybe for more points or not was unhealthy and we had to kind of separate ourselves from that,” noted Gregory.

The song follows the story of a person getting out of an unhealthy relationship before it breaks them down. His latest single is found on a new album that Gregory is working on. He plans to releases it by the end of this year in conjunction with a western Canada Christmas tour in the works.
“It’s the Sean Hogan Christmas tour. He’s done it for the past 14 or more years now and he’s asked me to be part of it this year, which I jumped on,” smiled Gregory.
No official dates of the tour have been announced just yet.
