A man was taken to hospital for smoke inhalation, after a condo fire in northwest Regina Thursday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called to the blaze on Rochdale Boulevard and Arnason Street around 3:00 p.m.
Smoke could be seen billowing out of a top floor unit and part of the attic.
Crews say the fire was isolated to one unit and the attic space above it, adding one condo immediately below suffered water damage.
Police also had the area blocked off to traffic for some time.
The cause of the fire is now under investigation.
