The NDP is raising concern about the future of the Global Transportation Hub west of Regina.
Opposition leader Ryan Meili says millions of dollars have been wasted because development and land sales have flat-lined at the GTH.
Justice minister Don Morgan says the GTH is a success.
He added 48 hundred trucks use the facility on a weekly basis.
But he says the province will do a planned divestiture of the GTH, using professional people to ensure the services continue.
Meantime, The NDP is also raising concern about expropriated farmland to build the GTH and the Regina bypass.
Opposition critic Yens Pedersen wants a judicial inquiry.
Highways minister Lori Carr says there are currently 19 landowners with outstanding claims.
She says there are several options, including mediation, binding arbitration or a judicial ruling on the land value.
Carr says four land disputes have already been settled.
