“Weather radar indicates an area of rain tracking across extreme southeastern Saskatchewan and extreme southwestern Manitoba this morning. Temperatures in these areas are near or slightly below the freezing mark, as a result freezing rain is likely. The precipitation is expected to exit the area later this morning.
Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery. Slow down driving in slippery conditions. Watch for taillights ahead and maintain a safe following distance.”
