One man has died following a collision on Highway 41 just south of Wakaw.
Waka RCMP say an investigation has determined a westbound semi truck hauling crusher dust collided with an eastbound car. The man driving the semi was not injured, but the man that was driving the car was declared deceased at the scene by EMS. There were no passengers in either vehicle.
The name of the deceased is not being released at this time.
The RCMP say the highway is now re-open.
There was a second accident between two semis this morning that has a portion of Highway 4 north of Rosetown shut down for the next few hours. Police say heavy fog and icy roads were also a factor in that collision. No word on any injuries.
