Officers eventually pulled the vehicle over on the 3700 block of Sherwood Drive, where the driver refused to provide identification to police, the passenger meanwhile was wearing a satchel around his neck and holding three cell phones.
This was enough activity for police to make arrests.
Inside the satchel they found a large quantity of meth as well as money.
Thirty-three-year-old Alan Lang and 39-year-old Michael Paul have been jointly charged with possession for trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime over five-thousand-dollars.
Both were in court Thursday afternoon.
