A 45-year-old man from Regina is dead after a single-vehicle collision on Highway 1 on Tuesday.
RCMP says the man’s vehicle left the highway just 8 kilometres west of Regina near the Grand Coulee access. Traffic was restricted for several hours in the west bound lane while crews processed the collision. Police say the man was pronounced dead at the scene and road conditions were a factor.
Emergency services are asking motorists to drive with caution and reduce your speed as emergency workers will be present. It is also recommended that you refer to the highway hotline for road conditions.
The investigation is still ongoing.
