Multiple fatalities have been reported on Saskatchewan’s highways the past 24 hours.
Tuesday night, White Butte RCMP say a man was killed on the Trans-Canada eight kilometers west of Regina when his vehicle left the roadway.
Before that in the late morning hours, a 25-year-old woman was killed on the Yellowhead after being involved in a two vehicle collision just outside the Battlefords.
Emergency crews also dealt with a collision at the intersection of Highways 10 and 35 Tuesday near Fort Qu’Appelle.
Numerous undisclosed injuries have been reported there.
Freezing rain both in the west central and southeast parts of the province Tuesday and Wednesday morning has been creating havoc on roads and highways.
