The nice thing about the cold weather is it’s a lot easier and a lot less messy to grab that stuff when it’s frozen solid. The best part? It doesn’t smell!
So, I grabbed a couple of plastic bags and made my way out to the yard. Other than that, all I needed was my right foot. Seeing as it’s a little too chilly to actually pull that stuff from the snow, I have to kick it loose before picking it up. Max came out with me and, as usual, thought we were playing a game. It’s tough scoopin’ up the poop with a dog jumping all around you. He thinks I’m out there to play, but at this point it’s all business.
It wasn’t long before I was finished and making my way to the garbage with a half full bag of frozen doggy doo-doo.
It’s funny how when the garbage pickers come along and start rifling through our garbage can, it’s always those yellow shopping bags full of dog poop that appear to be left undisturbed!
