A 43-year-old Regina man has been charged after he was seen pointing a bow and arrow at vehicles north of downtown Wednesday afternoon.

Officers say around 4:00 p.m. they were dispatched to the 1900 block of 7th Avenue.

Forty-three-year-old Shaun Allary was arrested, and has been charged with assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and failing to comply with a probation order.

Allary will be in court Thursday.
