Sunday night could see storms roll across much of Saskatchewan.
Environment Canada has issued a tornado watch for areas that include the City of Regina, Moose Jaw, Estevan and Weyburn along with the Assiniboia, Gravelbourg, Fort Qu’Appelle and Indian Head regions. There are reports that some areas in the southeast have been hit hard by hail
There is a potential for isolated tornadoes for the remainder of the afternoon and into the early evening hours. These thunderstorms are also capable of producing very large hail, strong winds, and torrential downpours.
Severe thunderstorm watches and warnings are also out for several areas of the province including the southwest corner, Melfort, Hudson Bay and Humboldt.
