Regina Police have laid numerous charges against a man who fled officers in a stolen vehicle.

The 28-year-old man was found asleep in a parking lot in the alleged stolen vehicle with drug paraphernalia present on the 1800 block of Albert Street around 7:45 a.m. Sunday morning.

Kiefer Hill is facing a total of ten charges including flight from police and resisting arrest.

Hill made his first court appearance Monday morning.
