RCMP searching for ‘armed and dangerous’ Onion Lake man

A man from Onion Lake is now the suspect of an armed robbery that took place outside of Lloydminster.

RCMP are saying on Thursday night, a man driving the suspect from Onion Lake to Lloydminster was told to pull over and get out of the vehicle. The victim obliged, and the suspect fired two warning shots with a firearm to keep him away.

Ryan Stonechild is described as indigenous with dark hair, about 5’9″, and weighs approximately 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and sweat pants.

The vehicle he stole is a 2000 Gold Nissan Pathfinder with Saskatchewan Licence Plate 033 MLU. If people see Stonechild or the vehicle they are asked to contact RCMP and not approach the suspect as he is considered armed and dangerous.
