A 23 year-old man is in serious condition after a motor vehicle accident at the corner of Elphinstone street and 13th avenue Wednesday night.

Just before 8:30, Regina Police were dispatched to the area, where a motorcycle heading westbound collided with a mid-sized car turning left from 13th onto Elphinstone.

EMS took the motorcyclist to hospital, where he remains at this time.

Alcohol is not believed to be a factor at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.

No charges have been laid in the matter.
