CFL negotiation lists are hush-hush for whatever reason, but all teams are lifting the curtain on the lists for a second year by telling us 10 players on their 45-man list.

Of the 10 players that the Riders are letting us know of, three are quarterbacks.

D’Eriq King plays for the University of Houston is in the Heisman Trophy discussion amongst some for the upcoming NCAA Football season.

The senior threw for 2,982 yards and 36 touchdowns last season with just six interceptions while running for 674 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Tom Flacco is the younger brother of current Denver Broncos and former Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco.  He finished fight in voting for the Walter Payton award last year that goes to the top offensive player in Division 1-AA ball while playing for Towson University.

Garrett Gilbert led the American Alliance of Football in passing when the league folded late in year one of its existence. He had thrown for just over 2100 yards and 13 touchdowns before the league ceased operations.  He is currently with the NFL’s Cleveland Browns.

Others on the list ar running back Josh Ferguson. He is currently in the camp of the Houston Texans.  Offensive lineman Blaine Clausell (Mississippi State), defensive lineman Sterling Shippy (Alcorn State), linebacker Gary Johnson (Texas) and defensive backs Jhavonte Dean (Miami), Picasso Nelson Jr. (Southern Mississippi) and Jamar Summers (Connecticut).
