Emergency services fought a house fire Saturday afternoon near downtown Regina.

Crews were dispatched at around 3:00 p.m. to the 1800 block of Halifax Street.

There were no injuries in this fire but the house was damaged after firefighters were able to control the blaze in about five minutes of their arrival.

Police are working to identify a young male that was observed leaving the scene on a bicycle.
